What began in 1976 as a small, family-run manufacturing operation has grown into a multi-brand organization built on craftsmanship, resilience, and long-term commitment to the recreational trailer industry. 

In 2022, HTC Group Limited was formed, marking a new chapter for the brands it oversees—most notably Yacht Club Trailers, now celebrating 50 years of production and service. This transition preserved what mattered most: keeping manufacturing rooted in Humboldt, Iowa, investing in product development, and supporting the dealers and customers who built the brand’s reputation over generations.

Today, our leadership team blends legacy knowledge with fresh perspective, overseeing manufacturing operations while working closely with distribution partners like SH Distributing. Together, we continue to evolve—honoring where we came from while building what comes next.
